Every trust signal on OmniVyapaar is earned from a real, recorded fact. Nothing on a business page is estimated, purchased or decorated.
Verification badges
A business shows a badge only for the specific check that was completed. There is no generic “Verified” label.
Email Verified
The owner confirmed the email address on the account. Computed live from the account, never stored as a claim.
Phone Verified
The business phone number was verified and approved by the OmniVyapaar team.
Business Verified
The business identity was reviewed and approved by the OmniVyapaar team.
Document Verified
A supporting business document was submitted, reviewed and approved.
Ratings and reviews
- Only real buyers can review.A review can be written only by a signed-in buyer who contacted the business or received a quotation from it.
- Every review is moderated before it is published.Ratings and counts shown anywhere on the platform include approved reviews only.
- Sellers can respond, not remove.A seller may reply publicly or flag a review for moderation; they cannot delete or edit it.
- No rating means no rating.A business with no approved reviews shows none - it is never given a default score.
What OmniVyapaar never claims
- Response time
- Not shown - we do not measure or promise how fast a seller replies.
- Stock or availability
- Not shown - listings carry no stock data; confirm with the seller.
- Popularity or demand
- Not shown - no “trending”, “bestseller” or visitor counts on public pages.
- Distance
- Not shown - location is the city / state the seller published, never your position.
- Prices
- Exactly as the seller listed them; “Price on request” when none is listed.
- Payments
- Orders and quotations are settled directly with the seller. OmniVyapaar does not collect buyer payments.
Reporting a problem
Every business page has a Report this business action. Reports go to the OmniVyapaar moderation team; a business that is suspended is removed from the marketplace and its Dukaan is no longer reachable.
