Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using OmniVyapaar.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Country refers to: India, and specifically the jurisdiction of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, for the purposes of the Governing Law and Disputes Resolution sections below.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to OmniReach Technologies, operating from At Post Gharegaon-Pimpri, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

  • Service refers to OmniVyapaar ("Digital Dukaan for Modern Business"), the website and platform operated by the Company, accessible from https://omnivyapaar.com, through which registered sellers publish a business storefront ("Digital Dukaan"), list products and services, and receive enquiries, RFQs and orders from buyers.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Seller means a registered user who creates a Digital Dukaan and lists products or services on the Service.

  • Buyer means any person who views a Digital Dukaan and contacts, enquires with, or places an order with a Seller through the Service.

  • Subscription Plan means a paid plan (currently STARTER, GROWTH, GROWTH PLUS, BUSINESS or BUSINESS PLUS) that a Seller purchases annually to use the Service at the corresponding level, as described in the "Subscription Plans and Billing" section below.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

  • Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18, or that you access the Service on behalf of a registered business. The Company does not permit those under 18 to register an account.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service.

Registration and Accounts

To create a Digital Dukaan, respond to leads, or purchase a Subscription Plan, You must register an account with accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding Your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account.

The Company reserves the right to review, moderate, suspend or restrict any Digital Dukaan, listing or account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or is reasonably believed to be fraudulent, misleading or harmful to other users.

Subscription Plans and Billing

OmniVyapaar does not offer a permanent free plan. A new Seller receives a 14-day free trial on the STARTER plan with STARTER's own features and limits. To continue using the Service after the trial period, the Seller must purchase a paid Subscription Plan.

Current Subscription Plans, billed annually (365 days) in Indian Rupees (INR), are:

  • STARTER — ₹999 / 365 days (includes the 14-day free trial on first sign-up)

  • GROWTH — ₹1,999 / 365 days

  • GROWTH PLUS — ₹4,499 / 365 days

  • BUSINESS — ₹7,499 / 365 days

  • BUSINESS PLUS — ₹14,999 / 365 days

Prices, plan features and limits may change for future billing periods; the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify Sellers of material changes in advance. A Subscription Plan does not renew automatically; access reflects the plan and period actually purchased.

Payments

Subscription Plan payments may be made online through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, where and when that payment method is enabled by the Company. The Company does not store Your card, UPI or bank credentials; these are handled directly by Razorpay under its own terms and security standards.

Where offered, the Company also accepts manual Bank Transfer / UPI payment. A manual payment does not activate a Subscription Plan automatically — it is reviewed and approved by an authorized administrator of the Company before the plan is activated. Bank/UPI details for manual payment are provided to Sellers directly through the Service or by the Company, never published on this page.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Seller and Buyer Conduct

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their business information, product and service listings, pricing, and for fulfilling any order, enquiry or agreement they enter into with a Buyer. The Company is not a party to, and does not guarantee, mediate, insure or act as an escrow for, any transaction between a Seller and a Buyer.

Users must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or misleading content, and must not use the Service to circumvent applicable law.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services, including Razorpay's own site once You leave the Service to complete a payment.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately; this does not itself delete Your account or listed data except as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of the Company for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, or any transaction between a Seller and a Buyer.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. The Company makes no representation that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, lead, quotation or order arranged through it will result in a completed transaction.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company at support@OmniReachTechno.com.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
